Are heavy caseloads, ineffective council systems, and indecisive managers causing burnout and preventing you from providing the best quality care for your service users? You deserve a work environment that supports your professional growth and personal well-being.
Role Benefits:
Exclusive bonus rate (up to £100/w)
Moderate caseloads
Stable and supportive managers
Hybrid working (3 days from home)
Join a stable LAC team based in the Greater Manchester area and enjoy a balanced workload that won’t consume your evenings, allowing you more personal time outside of social work.
Work-Life Balance:
To make things easier, our team offers hybrid working days (1-2 days from home). This setup allows you to focus on your cases and deliver the highest quality care to the children and families you support, while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Supportive Management:
Have you dealt with managers who micromanage and critique irrelevant aspects of your work? Not here. Our managers respect your professional opinion and welcome any innovative ideas you might have. You’ll have the freedom to manage your diary without restrictive oversight.
Experience:
LAC experience is not required. We welcome social workers with solid experience in Court and Child Protection.
Minimum Requirements:
As this is a statutory role, a Social Work qualification and registration to Social Work England (SWE) is required.
