Social Worker required to join our Mental Health Social Care team in Richmond & Wandsworth Paying up to £32ph!
The team works with adults aged 18-75 with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses to meet their social care needs and is separate from the clinical community mental health team.
You will need to be a team player and have experience in the following: Complex Care Act assessments and reviews Mental Capacity assessments Carers assessments Safeguarding/s42 enquiries Mental Health tribunal social circumstance reports Strength-based practice Working on Duty
