We are looking to recruit a

Qualified Social Worker , Older Peoples Team within the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structured and organized team that is looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers flexible working hours for working parents and has a supportive team culture with regular supervision on cases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team within Merton Council.

Main duties include: Carrying out assessments for Older Persons and their carers Obtaining multi-disciplinary assessments of need Care management Designing intensive care packages Carrying a caseload of service users Making recommendations for short-term care, intermittent care, and permanent residential care where appropriate Self-directed support / personal budgets

To be successful: For this Qualified Social Worker, Older Peoples Team, you will need to be a Social Worker with HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience working within an Adults' Older Peoples Team.
