£285 per day Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Older Persons Mental Health Team based in Middlesbrough. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be managing casework and conducting reviews, including face-to-face visits five days a week, with two days working from an office setting. You will be supporting adults aged 65+ with mental health needs, primarily dementia, within the Older Persons Mental Health Team. We are looking for a Social Worker who is registered with Social Work England, eligible to work in the UK, and holds a full UK license. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience in social work and possess a degree level or equivalent in Social Work. How to Apply:
