Qualified Social Worker, Swindon Borough Council, Childrens Disability Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team. The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager. Responsibilities will include: Working in the Disability team Assessments Manage Care Act reviews Care Management Manage a case load Home Visits Court Work Liaise with other professionals 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation) 3 month Temporary Contract Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance Successful candidates will benefit from: A Kindle Fire upon commencement of contract (see terms) £20 Amazon voucher if registration is completed within 2 weeks (see terms) Competitive pay rates Weekly payroll Free access to a comprehensive online training portal worth £500 a year Your own dedicated consultant with extensive social work knowledge Receive up to £250 for each referred worker (see terms) The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent, must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
