We are looking to recruit a

Qualified Social Worker - Adult's Community Care Team

within the UK Social Care industry in Luton.

Responsibilities include: Completing professional assessments of need and risk for complex and moderately challenging cases in respect of service users and cases within Luton Borough. Undertaking a duty role as necessary and initial assessments. Ensuring needs are met through negotiation with service users and their carers and making sure support plans are person-centred and focused on individuals. Contributing to the development of Directorate projects or strategic plans and borough-wide and neighbourhood projects.

Experience preferred: Post qualifying experience of working within a Qualified Social Worker role.

Minimum Requirements: SWE Registration. 1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you). Eligibility to work in the UK.
