The Stour Academy Trust , overseeing the provision of Speech and Language across the Trust. The hours would be 37 per week (8.30 am – 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday, finishing at 4 pm on one day per week). The KR9 salary is based on working a full year, with annual leave being granted during the school holidays of 29 days + bank holidays. Job Purpose To support the early identification of speech, language, and/or communication needs To develop personalised strategies to support individual children's speech, language, and/or communication needs To provide intervention and evaluate outcomes To work with class teachers to facilitate a united approach between intervention and classroom practice To work closely with families and advise on strategies that could help at home To support and enable teaching assistants carrying out speech, language, and/or communication interventions To maintain accurate records, reports, and other paperwork To work in partnership with other professionals To work with the school SENDCo in prioritising caseload Due to Safer Recruitment Guidelines, we cannot accept CVs on their own.
