Qualified Speech and Language Therapist to work at a SEN School in Dover Temp to perm role starting immediately on a full time basis, pay at KR9.

Key Responsibilities

Early Identification : Support the identification of speech, language, and communication needs at an early stage. Individualised Support : Develop tailored strategies to address individual children's speech, language, and communication needs. Intervention and Evaluation : Deliver targeted interventions and assess their outcomes to ensure effectiveness. Collaborative Practices : Work alongside class teachers to align interventions with classroom teaching. Family Engagement : Collaborate with families, offering advice and strategies to support children's progress at home. Staff Support : Train and guide teaching assistants to deliver effective speech, language, and communication interventions. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with professional standards. Professional Collaboration : Build partnerships with other professionals to enhance multidisciplinary approaches. Caseload Prioritisation : Work with school SENCos to prioritise and manage your caseload effectively. What We Offer: Competitive salary package with weekly pay. Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is preferred. Ability to provide personal care assistance, including toileting and feeding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience. Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
