Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored lessons to pupils

1:1

small groups , focusing on their unique needs. Support pupils with

Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)

needs and

challenging behaviour , fostering their growth and confidence. Collaborate with teaching assistants, families, and external agencies to provide a holistic support system. Develop and implement

Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

and

Behaviour Plans

to guide each student's learning journey. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
