Quality Administrator Temporary Role - Starting March 1st (3-Month Contract)

A prestigious university is seeking a Quality Administrator to provide vital support to the Quality Officer in maintaining and enhancing the institution's Quality Assurance processes. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with colleagues to gather and update information related to the School's Quality Assurance processes. Respond to queries from academic staff and students, offering guidance on Quality Assurance processes and directing them to relevant services or departments as needed. Assist the Quality Officer in updating and maintaining both internal and student-facing quality documentation, such as programme/module specifications, quality processes, and student case details. Ensure the timely update and publication of student-facing quality materials, including programme handbooks. Collect and organise supporting documentation for periodic reviews, accreditation processes, academic misconduct cases, and appeals. Contribute to the preparation of reports for quality assurance purposes, such as generating and analysing statistical data for periodic reviews, annual programme evaluations, and academic misconduct cases. Support the implementation and coordination of University strategies and associated projects, working closely with the Quality Officer and the Quality & Student Experience Manager. Ideal Candidate Profile:

Background in education, compliance, or auditing. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to start on March 1st 2025 and commit to a minimum of three months.
