Quality Advisor focuses on ensure every project meets the rigorous requirements of the building safety act and bs 99001.

What the role involves

• Ensure every project meets the rigorous requirements of the Building Safety Act and BS 99001.
• Provide the training necessary to empower our project teams and supply chain.
• Site Excellence: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify that construction work, materials, and installations align with specifications and manufacturer requirements.
• Strategic Improvement: Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Analyse trend data to facilitate learning and prevent recurring defects.
• Pre-construction Partnership: Support bid and pre-construction meetings to ensure Quality Inspection & Test Plans (QITPs) are robust and effective.

Additional role context

• A detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and the communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of the Building Safety Act (BSA), Building Regulations, and ISO 9001/BS 99001 standards.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in digital quality tools such as Field view or Procore.
