Quality Analyst

to help ensure our processes, services, and deliverables meet and exceed client expectations. Requirements

Key Responsibilities for the role include: Conduct quality checks on reports, case files, and deliverables to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures Monitor and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions where needed Collaborate with forensic teams and other departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement Develop and maintain documentation, including quality guidelines, policies, and process manuals Participate in audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements Collect, analyse, and report data to track performance metrics and drive quality initiatives Provide training and support to colleagues on quality standards and best practices Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure SYTECH's quality processes remain current and effective Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in quality assurance, analysis, or a similar role Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Strong understanding of quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements Familiarity with ISO standards or other accreditation frameworks (e.g., ISO 17025) is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus Knowledge or experience in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related fields is desirable but not required Additional:

Occasional travel to provide on-site team support may be required Flexibility in hours to meet deadlines when necessary This role is subject to NPPV L3 vetting clearance Benefits
