As a Quality and Compliance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and other standards.

* Preparing and executing internal, supplier, and external certification audits.

* Managing non-conformities and coordinating corrective actions.

* Ensuring product compliance with international standards such as CE marking, REACH, and ROHS.

* Collaborating with design, R&D, and supply chain teams to embed compliance throughout development and production.

* Maintaining technical files and documentation for regulatory approvals.

About you:

* Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

* Understanding of regulatory frameworks like CE, REACH, ROHS, or ISO (prior experience advantageous).

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Familiarity with QMS principles and auditing processes is a plus.

* Interest in sustainability and compliance for new market entries.
