Quality and Compliance Officer
Quality and Compliance Officer focuses on advise management to ensure company compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
What the role involves
- Advise management to ensure company compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Communicate confidentially with employees at all levels and address any concerns staff may have about ethical or other compliance matters within a department or division.
- Supporting request for Information (RFI) and request for quotation (RFQs) which are received by the business.
- Provide hands-on team training, coaching and mentoring to management and employees to ensure all staff are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR, as required.
- Lead process redesign workshops, as required.

Candidate fit
- Possess a minimum ISO 9001 qualification.
- Experience in Internal and External audit processes.
- Analyse and examine data to provide concise reports and advice to management.
