GENERAL SUMMARY Ensure safe conduct at all times for themselves and others. Follow and comply with company policies and procedures and lead by example. Undertake applicable training to meet internal and external requirements. Provide training and guidance to all personnel as required. Complete all other requirements as directed by Management. Quality Specific: Manage all aspects of the internal quality management system ensuring compliance with the ISO9001 standard. Manage and action all specific key performance indicators (KPI) related to quality and EHS. Manage the customer complaint and warranty process, liaising directly with customers on performance and improvement opportunities. Ensure completion of all internal audit requirements in accordance with the quality management system requirements. Ensure all applicable procedures and processes across the business are valid, relevant, and updated accordingly. Act as the management representative for any required third-party audit requirements. Ensure the business maintains its RISQS accreditation, including the management of the On-Track Management and audit process. Manage, review, and action all aspects of the employee product competency training matrix. Liaise and action all global related quality management activities. Act as the site's representative for all applicable customer and supplier quality assurance requirements including reviews and audits. EHS Specific: Manage all aspects of the internal quality management system ensuring compliance with the ISO14001 standard. Create and maintain all internal policies relating to the environmental health and safety system (EHS). Conduct and manage all aspects of the internal and external risk assessment process. Lead and conduct all internal inspection requirements, delegating where applicable. Provide training internally and externally for all EHS requirements. Act as lead liaison for all global EHS requirements. Lead for all third-party or external agency audit requirements. Manage all aspects of EHS corrective action management, including but not limited to Accident Investigation and EHS observations. Procure and manage all internal PPE requirements. Ensure all EHS site inductions and training are completed on time in accordance with local and national regulations. Responsibility and Accountability: Ensure the business quality management system and all required actions meet internal and external requirements and expectations. Ensure the business EHS management system and all required actions meet internal and external requirements and expectations. Lead the business morally and ethically, ensuring that the right actions are taken. Act as the voice and eyes of the customer ensuring that performance expectations are met. Lead the Quality team ensuring all required activities are performed on time, enabling the business to meet its expectations. Understand, follow, and promote all of the HT values and guiding principles. What do you need? EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of work experience within the Quality area. Manufacturing background. 1+ year of EHS experience. Valid Driver's License preferred. SKILLS Ability to communicate with all levels of the business. Ability to manage the team.
