Quality and Environmental Systems Co-Ordinator

to join our team in Grangemouth. The successful candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting both our Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS/EMS) to ensure the highest standards of compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance BioMars IMS, including document management and training Support Quality Systems Manager in developing and sustaining the company's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and other relevant standards Manage the internal audit program, ensuring audits are carried out effectively with corrective actions implemented Support environmental management, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and providing advice on environmental matters Conduct environmental walkabouts and audits, track performance, and prepare monthly reports Assist with third-party audits and ensure continuous improvement within the business Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience Experience working with ISO quality standards, specifically ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 Environmental Management experience desirable, with an environmental qualification or permit management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly and effectively Personal Attributes:

Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a structured approach and clear ownership of tasks Strong communicator, proactive in seeking and implementing improvements Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, with a focus on continuous improvement This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the sustainability and quality initiatives at BioMar, ensuring high standards across the organisation.
