Quality and Impact Manager LiveWell, Sheffield Salary £40,760 - £42,581 + Benefits Permanent, 37 hours per week We have an exciting opportunity for a new Quality and Impact Manager to work within LiveWell – our care and support department. The successful candidate will lead the quality management and impact work across LiveWell. They will ensure we deliver high-quality services, can measure and report the difference we are making in our customers' lives and gain learning to inform and improve our impact. We are a forward-thinking, values-driven housing association, and this role is based in our Rockingham Street offices and out and about in services. More about the role: Implement our new Quality Management Framework across our LiveWell portfolio. Demonstrate performance against contract quality standards, external regulatory requirements, and internal performance measures. Lead on embedding a culture of high commitment to continuous improvement across our LiveWell portfolio of services. Lead on implementing clear systems to measure and evaluate the outcomes and social impact of our portfolio of supported housing, care, health, and employment services. Provide expert advice and guidance on all quality requirements and be the ‘go to’ regarding all aspects of legislation, regulation, and minimum standards impacting our LiveWell portfolio. Provide operational support to the organisational Head of Safeguarding. Oversee processes for compliance and reporting in safeguarding. Support the accreditation and oversight process for resecuring external quality marks e.g. CQC, OFSTED etc. Who you are: Our Quality and Impact Manager will be performance-driven and passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful services to all customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the following: Experience of developing and implementing quality systems and measures across a diverse range of services. Experience in managing evaluation and impact studies and analysing data. Proven experience in collating, analysing, and reporting data from a range of sources and making recommendations for performance improvement. Experience of demonstrating compliance for external accreditations. Ability to work collaboratively with managers to influence change, encourage innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
