Quality and Inspection Supervisor

This position involves managing and prioritising workflow, optimising departmental efficiency, overseeing the on-time delivery of components and products, and ensuring consistently high product quality and process improvement. Responsibilities for Quality and Inspection Supervisor
Manage and prioritise workflow to optimise departmental efficiency Ensure on-time delivery of components and products Oversee the consistently high quality of products and processes Continuously improve quality assurance systems and processes Schedule and optimize to meet production demands and KPIs Support and optimize team performance Provide a positive outlook and approach Conduct regular performance reviews and set objectives for the team Provide face-to-face team training and coaching Lead by example Adhere to health and safety standards Conduct final inspections of components and assemblies
Qualifications and Experience as Quality and Inspection Supervisor
Proven experience in a similar role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience in managing customer and supplier relationships Knowledge of quality assurance systems and processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong focus on continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to meet production demands and KPIs
