Are you passionate about upholding quality and setting high standards in education? We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Examinations Quality and Standards (Q&S) Manager to lead a brilliant team in driving excellence across a Royal Medical College's examination processes.


About the Role

As the Q&S Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our examination quality assurance efforts, collaborating closely with Lead Examiners, various departments, and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing our quality control standards for exam content, overseeing appeals and misconduct processes, and contributing to exam transformation projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and rigorous quality control of examination materials
  • Oversee the appeals and misconduct processes, ensuring fairness and transparency
  • Manage a small team dedicated to the accurate and timely release of exam results
  • Drive process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve high standards in exam publication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with examiners, committees, and other key stakeholders
