Responsibilities:

Monitor and conduct quality checks across all contact channels to ensure exceptional service levels. Analyse recurring issues and proactively identify opportunities for change or retraining. Develop and maintain training resources and materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Coordinate recruitment activities and support the onboarding process. Implement a comprehensive training academy for new employees and process improvements. Provide performance visibility to relevant managers and offer regular feedback and coaching. Gather feedback and suggest process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction. Engage with the wider management team to understand priorities and drive performance. Implement coaching and mentoring initiatives to promote a first-time-right and extra mile service approach. Support the wider team in their development and progression.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within a retail or customer service environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns and trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback. Proficiency in analysing data and producing reports.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in implementing training programmes and initiatives. Knowledge of quality management systems. Familiarity with retail operations and processes.

Technologies:

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
