The Quality Assessor ensures products and processes meet quality and safety standards through effective systems, audits, and collaboration with teams and suppliers. They address customer feedback, analyze data for improvement, and promote a culture of quality across the organization while maintaining compliance with regulatory and industry requirements. Responsibilities

Developing and implementing quality assurance systems: The Quality Assessor is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality control procedures, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Monitoring and evaluating product quality: They oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring that quality control measures are followed at each stage. This includes conducting regular inspections, tests, and audits to identify any deviations from quality standards.

Implementing quality improvement initiatives: The Quality Assessor collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and product quality. They develop and implement strategies to enhance overall quality and efficiency, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Managing quality documentation: They maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality-related activities, including inspection reports, testing records, and quality control documentation. This ensures traceability, facilitates problem-solving, and supports regulatory compliance.

Training and mentoring: The Quality Assessor provides guidance and training to employees on quality control techniques, quality standards, and food safety practices. They promote awareness of quality requirements across the organization and foster a culture of quality-consciousness among the workforce.

Conducting internal and external audits: They coordinate and participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. They address any non-conformities found, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.

Supplier quality management: The Quality Assessor collaborates with procurement and supply chain teams to establish and maintain a robust supplier qualification and evaluation process. This involves ensuring that suppliers meet quality standards and conducting regular audits to assess their performance.

Responding to customer feedback and complaints: They analyze customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve any issues. They also communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.

Troubleshooting food safety and quality-related issues as they arise: Systematically identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues that impact product quality.

Arranging and coordinating Product Knowledge Guide Audit every quarter, to ensure that QCC stores and deals with only supplier approved products. Report any findings to the QA manager to ensure food safety and authenticity of the products.

Collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, reviewing and updating quality data or metrics to align with organizational goals. Ensure improvements in processes, minimize downtime by providing meaningful insights, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Reviewing COAs for its specification and any changes: Ensure all required parameters are listed and meet the specified ranges.
