Our flagship disinfectant products, Clinell, are a no. 1 brand in the NHS. We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Associate reporting directly to the QA Manager. This position is central to ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of our products and involves collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies. What will you do? Oversee and maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP, GdocP, and GvPv standards. Conduct GDP tasks as delegated by the Responsible Person and prepare regulatory documents. Create, update, and manage SOPs and maintain controlled documents, logs, and schedules. Handle CAPAs, deviations, and change controls and quality risk assessments ensuring timely resolution and reporting. Manage complaints and adverse events, performing thorough investigations and reporting. Prepare and oversee annual training on GDP, GdocP, and GMP, ensuring compliance across the team. A degree in a relevant scientific or technology discipline or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of GDP and GMP regulations and their application. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict compliance frameworks. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Proficiency in document control systems and database administration.
