We're currently looking for a Quality Assurance Associate for our office in Maidenhead. Tasks and Responsibilities: Log and track customer complaints in our internal system, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Manage the complaints inbox, respond to customer queries, and follow up as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues. Engage with customers by addressing their inquiries and facilitating communication. Handle complaint samples in accordance with established procedures related to the complaint process within the office. Contribute valuable feedback and insights into the complaint and consumer service processes to foster ongoing improvements and advancements. Requirements: Competencies: Demonstrated experience in customer relations and customer service. A background and/or education in life sciences or healthcare is highly desirable. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish. Personal Characteristics: Proven experience in customer service or support-related roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude. A strong sense of responsibility and appreciation for adhering to established routines in our daily operations is essential. Consistently reflect our Karo values in your work.
