Log and track customer complaints in our internal system, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Manage the complaints inbox, respond to customer queries, and follow up as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues. Engage with customers by addressing their inquiries and facilitating communication. Handle complaint samples in accordance with established procedures related to the complaint process within the office. Contribute valuable feedback and insights into the complaint and consumer service processes to foster ongoing improvements and advancements. Competencies:
Demonstrated experience in customer relations and customer service. A background and/or education in life sciences or healthcare is highly desirable. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish. Personal Characteristics:
Proven experience in customer service or support-related roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously.
