Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join their esteemed team. This role offers the chance to leverage your skills in Quality Assurance to support a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will join a small team of specialist compliance professionals supporting the Head of Quality on a range of projects for a fast growing business. Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate our comprehensive Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001. Maintain QA policies, procedures, and guidelines to uphold our commitment to quality excellence. Coordinate external audits with certification bodies, including BSI and Achilles. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address quality-related issues, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions. Manage the process for internal QA audits, preparing the audit programme and updating quarterly. Lead a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills. Conduct internal QA audits and analyse results, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. Support the preparation of quality management reviews with senior management. Prepare and update intranet pages and QA content. Issue communications relevant to the QMS as necessary. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Skills and Experience Required:

QA Auditor qualification is desirable. Proven experience in Quality Assurance, which will be discussed during the interview. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This would be well suited to a quality professional who is developing in their career and wants to join a team with a clear route to a Quality Manager position. Ideally based in Oxford or Reading, but some scope to be based in Bristol also.
