Excellence & End Result Focus About the Anthro JV The Anthro joint venture between Egis and VVB Engineering will provide comprehensive turn-key services for London’s state-of-the-art HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common. We have been awarded a multi-year contract to deliver MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical Public Health, Fire and Communications) systems works. About the Role As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Construction Assurance and Construction Teams to ensure all work meets the highest quality and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include: Producing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with client and design requirements. Managing quality record documentation, defect resolution, and non-conformance actions. Supporting commissioning and delivering integrated handover packs. This is a dynamic role where you’ll oversee the quality of installations, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth collaboration across the project lifecycle. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Proven understanding of Quality Assurance processes. Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, or Communication standards. Strong industry experience in construction/engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital systems like Asite. Track record of managing quality control and documentation effectively. Desired Skills & Qualifications: HND/NVQ or relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical/Comms. Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are advantageous. Background in testing and commissioning of integrated systems is highly desirable. Competencies: Attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Leadership qualities to inspire teams and ensure excellence.
