A leading Aerospace company, dedicated to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team based in Redditch.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) and lead initiatives that align with company and industry standards.

Responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Redditch:

Drive Quality Leading Indicators (QLI) and Quality Best Practices (QBP) initiatives. Develop and maintain QMS in compliance with ISO9001/AS9100. Create and implement corrective action plans and monitor effectiveness. Support internal and external stakeholders with technical expertise. Drive process improvement and cost-control programs.

Requirements as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Redditch:

Bachelor's Degree (2:1) preferred; relevant experience may substitute. Proficient knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 compliance is advantageous but not essential.
