Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance Manager focuses on managing both the internal and external audit schedules covering all of bylor’s direct delivery work scope & tier 2s, following existing audit procedure.

What the role involves

• Managing both the internal and external audit schedules covering all of BYLOR’s direct delivery work scope & tier 2s, following existing audit procedure.
• Carry out the majority of internal and external audits on a regular basis, with support from SMEs and other auditors.
• Support the training and development of colleagues through internal and external auditor training.
• Update sitewide documentation and/or provide guidance.
• Review & comment on updates made by others of project wide deliverables.
• Examples of such documents includes Quality Plans, Quality Management System, Inspection & Test Plan procedure, Quality documentation templates and other quality execution document.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical experience with the stack, platform, data, or support environment is important.

• Contribute to the development and delivery of site-wide quality training in collaboration with the quality training lead and promote a quality culture within the wider project team.
• Deliver quality fundamentals training to new and existing quality team.
• An ability to communicate at all levels is essential as you will be presenting on quality matters to project teams, suppliers and Client organisations.
• Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office Suite with skills in Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience with further digital reporting systems (e.g. QlikSense) and in field reco.
