£40,000 Per Annum Purpose of the role The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant processes are followed and effective client communications held to ensure consistent high quality service delivery. An auditing programme will be in place which will assess the work completed across key client facing departments within the business to identify any corrective actions or areas for improvement, along with capturing training needs to further the team’s development. The Quality Assurance Manager will have oversight of and maintain audit records in order to assess trends in performance and will be required to work with Team Leaders and Management to recommend ways to increase accuracy and efficiencies across departments. Responsibilities of the role: Be accountable for the overall delivery, development and performance of the Quality Assurance function within Right Legal Group. Lead, motivate and develop the Quality Assurance Executive in the areas detailed above. Creation and rollout of the quality assurance process improvements. Effective communication with key stakeholders in the business. Identify training requirements and assist in the implementation of key criteria for the training. Support the Team Leaders and Managers in identifying performance development needs. Raise awareness of process deficiencies and suggest efficiencies to Team Leaders and Managers. Maintenance of audit records to highlight performance trends and support findings for long terms performance management. Develop the Quality Assurance Executive. Prepare high quality update reports as required. Essential Experience: Prior experience in Quality Assurance. Proven ability to identify areas for process improvement. Commitment to quality results and client satisfaction. Strong collaborative skills and relationship-building abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent computer literacy (including office software). Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Confidence in communicating with all stakeholders.
