Days Based – Food Manufacturer The Company An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s instantly recognisable FMCG manufacturers, a leading manufacturer, specialising in food manufacturing. Benefiting from recent investment on new state of the art production lines, which will in turn aid the further expansion of this already rapidly growing organisation, which has been established for over 30 years. Key Skills QA Management/Supervisory Experience Food/FMCG Manufacturing Experience Qualification of HACCP Level 3 Minimum. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of operational quality control on site, reporting into the Technical Manager, delivering focused quality systems/documentation with an emphasis on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising production efficiencies. The ideal candidate will come from a food quality supervisory background, ideally with HACCP certification and should be able to work on their own initiative, be able to motivate, develop and lead a team of quality assurance personnel to ensure all production is delivered on time to strict quality hygiene standards. You will be the focus of all quality procedures on site and will be dealing with all levels within this large group from shop floor to senior management and director level. This will in turn give you a fantastic opportunity to develop your own career path to a senior management role within this supportive and growing organisation.
