Quality Assurance Manager focuses on leading and motivating the quality team to ensure high standards are consistently achieved.

What the role involves

• Leading and motivating the quality team to ensure high standards are consistently achieved.
• Driving a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the site.
• Ensuring compliance with customer, legal and BRCGS requirements.
• Supporting internal and external audits, including customer visits.
• Investigating quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitoring site performance against quality KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate fit

• Previous experience within a quality leadership role in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems and BRCGS standards.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
