As a member of our Compliance team, your primary responsibility will be to support the brand and compliance audit process to ensure that we are best in class, provide training and support in accident and incident investigations, all to help drive forward continuous improvement. Support the Compliance and Brand audit processes and procedures for the UK business Support the Health and Safety manager conduct visit and drive forward brand and compliance standards Provide coaching and field training to help drive continuous improvement Support the development and implementation of business SOPs to foster operational excellence. Ensure all SOPs are up to date and easy to understand Support in conducting incident and accident investigations, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence. Provide succinct and accurate reports on key KPIs Support in the production of risk assessments and other key compliance documentation Supporting the Health and Safety Manager & Director where necessary Who You Are:

At least one year of experience in hospitality/retail/consumer brand[s] Have experience in undertaking audits and training Have an interest in compliance, brand standards or continuous improvement Be practical, organised and have good written and verbal communication skills ‘Get things done’ mindset - happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in ‘Magic is in the detail’ – be detail orientated, being able to interpret data to provide clear and concise recommendations for improvement and have a natural tenacity to drive change Adaptable - the business is fast-paced and as such we need to ensure you are adaptable, flexible and comfortable working some evenings / weekends and prepared to travel to our regional stores where the business needs Team First - firm but fair approach to engendering change Hunger to learn and develop to make the role your own Benefits:
