Quality Compliance Administrator , who is pro-active and willing to go the extra mile to support the Quality Management System (QMS) Team and Project Teams at CDP. This is a key role in the team for someone with excellent administration experience, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in growing experience within this Industry. Responsibilities: General Administration duties relating to the support of CDP’s Quality and Information Security Management Systems (QMS and ISMS) including, but not limited to: Non-conformance system Corrective Action tracking Support for Internal audit system, including updating schedules, uploading reports, raising findings within an electronic system Standards library, including checking and approving new requests, making purchases, and managing the renewal process Project Opening and Closing processes Evaluation and review of suppliers Document control support for the management systems and Projects Documenting training events relating to the management systems Coordination of certification audits to relevant regulatory standards, including booking relevant calendars, dealing with invoices, updates to certificates Coordination and support for client audits or evaluations of CDP as a supplier Coordination and support for Management Review meetings, including booking relevant calendars, minute taking, tracking actions raised Liaise with different process owners to generate Quality monthly metrics against KPIs Performing basic documentation checks on documents prior to approval Performing basic updates to documents requiring formal approval and control relating to the management systems Become an expert in the eQMS package and provide administration support cover when called upon, as well as support and advice to users of the system Administrative support for the quality management system as required As the role develops, or dependent on experience: Writing and updating of QMS procedures and templates Providing basic Quality support to Projects to ensure compliance to CDP processes About You Proactive with good initiative High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach Problem solver, able to take on additional responsibilities when they are available Excellent organisational skills, used to multi-tasking and able to prioritise and juggle new tasks as they arise Good communication skills Routine administration experience including; filing documentation, booking meetings, minute taking Computer literate with intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills Potential to become an expert in new software packages with minimal support Desirable: Experience of working in a ISO 13485 compliant environment Experience as part of a Quality Assurance department An understanding of document control requirements Use of an eQMS system such as Q-Pulse About Us Cambridge Design Partnership (CDP) is an end-to-end innovation partner, propelling global brands and ambitious start-ups to success.
