Purpose:

To support the SHEQ Team in administrating an efficient service in Quality, Compliance and Health & Safety Management. Reports to:

Summary of Main Duties: Undertaking internal audits on our systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001) supporting the group. Management of ISO Certification for Mechanical, Electrical & Facilities along with Shield Environmental Services. Support the group with their ISO Certification as and when required. Manage and monitor Legionella across the branches. Manage CITB Levy funding (skills matrix, apprentices, train to travel not exhaustive to). Apprentice Government Portal. E Learning training certificate check monthly. Easybop Management of the system for the group on creation of electronic forms. Oversee the Training Matrix across the group to ensure all are compliant. Ensure drives are being populated correctly for courses booked for auditing purposes. Data Protection awareness on processes across the group. Assist in the approval of Suppliers/Sub Contractors. Review SHEQ Compliance across the group. Adhoc team support/tasks that may arise. This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as required by the SHEQ team. Qualifications & Experience: Administration experience required. Internal Auditor training desirable. Other Qualities & Requirements: Self-motivated. Able to prioritise work whilst under time pressures. Able to work on own initiative and as part of the team. Good communication and written skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
