Responsibilities: Previous experience as a team leader in a manufacturing environment is preferable. Organised, and good time management skills. Good communication skills and computer literacy. Training team members and keeping the training documentation up to date. Driving licence and own car required.
It is a very seasonal business and every month is different. When the plant is not operating, there will be work on different sites.
Hours:
40 hours per week including weekends at peak times. There are several seasonal fluctuations, with time off in lieu for additional hours worked and all extra hours worked in the Christmas period are paid as overtime.
Full training will include HACCP, Food Safety, Forklift training, First Aid, and Fire safety.
