Quality Control Team Leader We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company based in Eastleigh for a Quality Control Team Leader. Introduction Our client is looking for someone to drive and support the development of a small team within the quality control team as well as maintaining the manufacturing schedules and improving efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Manage the Quality Control team's daily activities, ensuring each member of staff has clear expectations for the day and targets to achieve. Support ongoing training and development of the QC team. Support production operatives with quality concerns they may raise or offer technical advice throughout the manufacturing process. Record and report on errors and quality concerns, and any repeat issues that can be communicated back into the relevant areas to prevent the same errors. Ensure all products meet the required quality standards. Undertake point inspections within manufacturing builds. Manage non-conformities effectively. Manage return requests and change note requests. Ensure all product labeling and documentation are consistent. Ideal Skills and Experience Management of a manufacturing or engineering team, team leading, supervising or management (however applicants looking for their next step up will also be considered). Quality Control experience within manufacturing or engineering. Both mechanical and electrical quality experience. Hours:

Monday to Friday (Days) Salary:
