Southend-on-Sea, England, United Kingdom At Olympus, Quality Control Technicians are responsible for the inspection of medical devices, ahead of service and repair works being undertaken and after, to ensure that our equipment is returned to customers to a safe and high quality standard. Your responsibilities

Inspection of devices in accordance with Olympus Global Inspection Standards Generate repair guidance for Repair Technicians based on their inspection findings Review customer documentation to ensure their requirements have been met Logging of inspection failures for further review by the Service Management team Use of a computer-based service management system Use of tooling and test equipment Measurement by means of visual inspection and function checks Ability to understand written technical information Previous Quality or Inspection experience is preferred Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook Technical experience is an advantage Full training will be provided. Please be aware this role requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time, during your general day to day activities. Company Values
