Quality Controller

to join our dynamic team at our

Llantrisant site . About the Role As an

Operations Quality Controller , you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards. Using best practices and strict adherence to specifications, you will oversee the inspection and documentation process to guarantee that every product leaving our facility is defect-free. This role involves working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to conduct thorough inspections and maintain accurate quality documentation. Given that our products are often custom designed for specific customers, meticulous attention to detail is crucial when inspecting and testing both procured and in-house manufactured parts. Your responsibilities will also include verifying packing standards to meet customer and regional requirements. Beyond inspection and testing, you will contribute to developing and enhancing our quality control procedures, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. By identifying and addressing quality issues, you will help us achieve our goal of

Right First Time, On Time, In Full. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to

Health & Safety guidelines

and company safety standards. Conduct thorough

inspection of parts and products

before advancing to the next production stage. Assist in

developing and refining work instructions

and inspection specifications. Maintain

clear and accurate records

of inspection and test results. Use the

non-conformance system

to report and control defective parts/products. Investigate

causes of non-conformance

and propose corrective actions. Review

quality records

generated by production and escalate concerns when necessary. Assess

supplier quality documentation

to ensure compliance with requirements. Participate in

quality improvement projects

and workshops. Collaborate with customers and

third-party inspectors

during plant visits. Work closely with

suppliers

to resolve quality issues and monitor performance. Contribute to

internal and external quality audits . Assist in

training colleagues

on inspection methods as needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience & Qualifications: Certificate / Level 3 NVQ

in

engineering or inspection/testing

(or willingness to work towards one). Train-the-Trainer skills training

(or willingness to obtain within three months). Welding inspection certificate
