Product quality inspection and monitoring, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspections, and any corrective actions taken, providing reports to relevant departments. Work closely with other teams, including growers, suppliers, and customer service, to ensure consistent product quality and resolve quality-related issues. Travel between sites for inspections, quality checks, and audits to ensure consistent quality control across locations. A valid driving license is essential to facilitate this key aspect of the role. Hours will vary to cover the demands of the business, including weekend work and travel to different sites when required.
