What the role involves
- Managing administrative functions across laboratory, inspection, colour centre, and sustainability-related activities.
- Coordinating departmental activities to support smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Maintaining and govern standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk assessments, and quality documentation.
- Supporting compliance with GOTS and UKAS certification requirements, including audit preparation and document control.
- Manage purchase orders (POs) via Ariba, including tracking of non-stock orders.
- Monitoring consumables inventory, subscriptions, memberships, and renewal schedules.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience within an administrative or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience within textile, laboratory, or manufacturing environments.
