Quality Engineer
to join our Quality, Health, and Safety team. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of product and process quality while driving a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, assess, and report on product and process quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Quality processes and procedures. Reduce outstanding non-conformance reports (NCRs) and promote a zero non-conformance, right-first-time culture. Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Required Skills & Experience: Strong ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications. Proven problem-solving skills with a methodical, structured, and data-driven approach. Experience with Quality Management Systems (essential). HNC or equivalent qualification in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 (essential); ISO 29001 knowledge would be advantageous.
