This multi-faceted local company has undergone sustainable growth year on year, employing 140 people across 3 sites.
While this role offers a breadth of variety, the successful Quality Engineer will: Maintain and develop the Business Management System Compile for internal and external audits Cultivate a positive continuous improvement culture Establish positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We are interested in connecting with established Quality Engineers who have: 2 years experience in a similar role Achieved a HND level qualification Experience working to ISO9001, 13485, AS9100, and IATF14969 standards A high level of understanding in 8D, CAPA, and/or 5-Whys. The ability to conduct supplier audits
In return for their loyalty, the Quality Engineer will be offered: A salary of £40-42.5K Biannual profit share scheme Monday to Thursday 0830-1700 and Friday 0830-1530 25 days holiday + bank holidays 4 x Salary life assurance Perk Box subscription
