Key Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer:

Foster and promote a strong Quality Engineer-driven culture across the organisation. Manage containment, investigations, and corrective action implementation, ensuring validation of solutions. Drive a continuous improvement mindset in quality processes and initiatives. Support initiatives such as Total Preventative Maintenance to enhance operational excellence. Create, document, and refine operational procedures for various departments. Develop, maintain, and regularly review Quality Manufacturing Plans to meet organisational goals. Perform quality control checks, procedural audits, and product audits. Utilise problem-solving techniques to identify and address root causes of recurring issues.

The Ideal Quality Engineer will have:

An Engineering qualification such as HNC, HND, or Degree. Proven expertise in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality standards like ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO13485. Proficiency in quality tools, including 8D, CAPA, and 5-Whys.
