You will:
Manage, monitor and improve the quality of operational processes
Develop quality control systems, determining corrective actions and supporting all Departments to maintain a robust quality assurance culture and environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordinate and support maintenance of ISO9001/ISO27001 certification Provide support to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Sustainability and Security procedures Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with quality and safety regulations Develop and review management procedures, work instructions and process flows for Projects and Technical Services activities Develop and implement quality standards and quality assurance systems for Projects and Technical Services activities Ensure documentation is recorded appropriately in the ETC Management System (EMS) and complete periodic reviews Prepare and track Site Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) Prepare monthly report of QA related topics and KPI's Prepare annual Management Review in compliance with ISO9001 certification Conduct Internal and host external audits Monitor and drive to completion audit findings Contribute to quality, health, safety, sustainability and security investigations, audits and inspections, to drive continual improvement Develop and maintain list of qualified suppliers for ETC Core Process Technology Support external and supplier audits Lead and support Quality Deviation Notification process (QDN) to identify root cause and implement corrective measures Support project and design quality management processes (e.g. concession, change control)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering degree Qualified ISO 9001 lead auditor Minimum 3 years' quality assurance experience in a high-tech company Quality Management Systems Experience
