Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for all process improvements and projects on site Supervising and mentoring junior members of staff – 1 direct report Non-conformance management – reporting, monitoring, measuring etc. Developing systems to the optimum level – process mapping, gap analysis, action planning, and project management. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience working to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards Supervisory experience Six Sigma/Lean Qualifications Experience working in the Aerospace industry
