Role Overview: As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in verifying and validating the quality of our products, processes, and systems across the UK. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support quality verification activities across various European sites. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards (ISO, EN, etc.). Conduct product inspections, audits, and tests to verify that products meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, and customer service) to address quality concerns and develop corrective actions. Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities, including test plans, reports, and audits. Participate in supplier quality audits and evaluations. Provide training and support to team members on quality best practices and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role, ideally within a manufacturing or technology-driven environment. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.) and auditing processes. Strong understanding of quality control techniques, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis. Proficiency with quality management software and tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multinational team. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus. Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
