What the role involves

  • Ensure supplied and manufactured products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and contribute to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Carry out structured problem solving using 8D, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and PPM reporting.
  • Support external ISO audits.
  • Monitoring supplier quality performance.
  • Process improvement initiatives across the business.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Internal, supplier, or system auditing experience.
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt qualification.
