Our client, a leading provider of enabling technologies for industrial growth markets, is seeking a motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join their team in Lincoln. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company that operates across diverse sectors, including aerospace and defence, factory automation, environmental monitoring, electronics design, and more.


Role & Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer, you will support the QSHE Manager and be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across the organization. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Oversee and manage inspection processes for both incoming and outgoing components.
  • Handle non-conformance issues and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct vendor audits and drive performance improvements.
  • Perform internal audits and engage in continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and implement inspection standards and quality system tools.
  • Provide expert guidance on quality management processes and industry best practices.
  • Analyse process control data and report key performance metrics.
  • Support management with actionable insights for review meetings and strategic planning.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Must have previous experience as a Quality Engineer
  • Must be able to secure Security clearance
  • Must have quality function experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be from an engineered manufacturing background (Automotive, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Defence, Medical Device)
