Job Description

Join a critical rebuild of the Quality team at a growing diabetes-focused medical device company. This senior-level role is pivotal as the company enters a busy Q1 with first articles kicking off.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute the full inspection process for incoming materials. Conduct supplier reviews and evaluations, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Participate in the design control phase, focusing on risk analysis and critical design deliverables. Lead and manage mechanical device quality tasks, leveraging a strong mechanical background. Support audits (audit certification is a plus).

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a self-starter in senior-level Quality roles. Hands-on expertise with mechanical systems and incoming material inspection processes. Ability to manage design deliverables and supplier evaluations effectively. Audit experience and certification are advantageous. Must be comfortable working on-site 5 days a week in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
