Your Role: Quality Engineer As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful transfer and execution of new technology to their partners. This is a chance to make an impact while working in an environment that values your expertise and ideas. What You'll Do: Lead 8D investigations, driving root cause analysis and resolution. Champion New Product Introduction (NPI) using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Support partners with supplier technical issues and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with teams to ensure the seamless transfer of products and processes. Analyse non-conformances, implementing corrective/preventive actions using tools like Ishikawa or Red X. Contribute to company-wide quality reporting and performance tracking. What They are Looking For: Proven experience in busy manufacturing and quality engineering roles. Expertise in 8D problem-solving tools and techniques. Background in Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) and customer interaction. Strong understanding of engineering principles, SPC, Gauge R&R, and ISO9001/TS16949 systems. Technical proficiency in statistical tools like Minitab and statistical process control methods. Degree in engineering or related discipline preferred (HNC with additional experience also considered). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong presentation and coaching skills.
